vFairs and Green Building Architecture join hands once again to provide a platform that brings together technology, service providers, green investors, bankers and multiple other stakeholders in the construction industry to aid businesses in connecting with potential prospects all over Canada. Ontario – Canada, Nov 23, 2017: Starting November 2017, Green Building Architecture has deployed Canada’s second prolific virtual trade show that will be open for round-the-clock access up till May 31st, 2018. The Green Building Expo, exclusively designed for those affiliated with the construction industry, is being sponsored by Toronto and Region Conservation (TRCA) and aims to assist businesses in connecting with relevant prospects through a digital platform that is cost-effective, lean and easily accessible from mobile screens. The Green Building Expo has 35 exhibiting companies onboard so far with Schneider Electric, enerQuality, Molok, Katana Homes, Wasser Resources, Renteknik Group and Baxi manning some of the virtual booths. With live webinar sessions, a rich video vault, demos, and manuals at the visitors’ disposal, the event aims to maximize interaction between event attendees and exhibitors to facilitate businesses in generating high-quality leads through a wide display of compelling content and rich interactive tools. The expo has already crossed 500 chatroom interactions and is averaging at 40 visits per booth. Having received 656 visits within the first 22 days of its launch, coupled with the upward trend in event registrations, it seems highly likely that this will be Canada’s biggest virtual trade show yet by event participation, engagement and lead generation.
General Manager vFairs, Muhammad Younas, mentions, “The expo’s response in its first three weeks has been fantastic. It only goes to show that if you set your goal at delivering value to the audience and chalk out the event strategy around this premise, the event will always be well-received. We’re working tirelessly with the brilliant team at Green Building Expo to ensure that the event maintains and exceeds its initial momentum and we’re certain that it will.”
Given that virtual expos are still a novel concept among Canada’s Construction Community, intuitiveness and ease of use have been kept top priority in Green Building Expo’s event design. On the event registration page and lobby, visitors are greeted with clear navigation instructions to allow them to make the most of their attendance and virtual experience. The Exhibit Hall shows multiple virtual exhibitor booths sprawled across the space along with an Exhibitor Index that lists all the participating companies for quicker reach. For sponsors and exhibitors, the platform provides built-in tracking, lead management, and attendee profiling to help exhibitors identify high-potential leads based on the level of their engagement with company representatives and booth content. The ample branding space in the virtual landscape is fully utilized by incorporating clickable corporate logos that are tactfully placed in all high visibility spots at the expo.
Regarding their virtual exhibiting experience, President of Flexsola International Development Corporation, Nicholas Varias says, “The organization and the setup of this virtual expo were amazing and I think that this first edition was a success. The platform was great at simulating a real expo hall. A good variety of people visited my booth so that I was able to network with many interesting companies. I loved the sustainable nature of this event: no brochures to print, no booth to build, no travel. Overall an amazing and completely new experience! Congratulations to organizers and we wish you more success at the second edition!”
